Mediterranean Fish stew


Saute onion, add chopped tomatoes--simmer
add 1/2 cup white wine, chopped kalamata olives, 2 tbsp capers-cook 5 minutes

add baby spinach, salt and pepper (not too much salt as capers and olives are pretty salty) let spinach wilt.

Add thawed, chopped, sea basa fillets (Safeway style)
Simmer until cooked through

Serve with greek salad and rice or rustic bread
