ground beef
egg noodles
mushrooms
red wine
beef broth
sour cream
peas
rosemary
worcester sauce
tbsp brown sugar
onion
garlic
salt and pepper
cayenne
Saute beef
Add garlic and chopped onion
Add red wine, beef broth and seasoning, mushrooms
simmer
Add cooked egg noodles
Fold in sour cream
Add peas (totally non traditional but gives a nice colour)
garnish with parsley and fresh dill
