white wine vinegar chicken

Brown chicken in OO, put aside
add ww vinegar, garlic, 1 tbsp tomato paste, chopped tomatoes, basil, oregano
Simmer sauce
add chicken back in
add a couple of pats of butter

serve over roast potatoes
